      What is your return policy?

      Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, we do not currently accept any returns or exchanges (so be sure to double check to make sure you are ordering the correct size product). If you received a defective/flawed item, we'll gladly replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size after a clear picture of the defect is sent to us.

      You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date.

      If there's an issue with your product or your order, please submit a claim through our support email: support@kittycatpalace.com, and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department. You'll also need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.

      We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
